NIDO is a whole powdered milk.

Henri Nestlé (born in Germany in 1814) came to Switzerland in 1843. He concocted an acclaimed baby food formula and later developed a popular brand of condensed milk. He sold his company in 1875. His successors transformed the Nestlé company to the present giant.

At the end of the 1980s retailers in Senegal purchased powdered milk in sacs of several kgs. The consumer got the product in smaller quantities of less than 50 grs packed in whatever recipient available.

Vitalait became a success after the Satrec company started to sell the product prepacked in aluminum in the popular (break-fast) quantity of 22.5 grs

Loya ForVita

Loya Forvita is milk powder enriched with a coctail of several vitamins. The product is sold in handy small portions.

Loya is a brand of Promadisor which was founded in 1979 in Zimbabwe by the Brit Robert Rose. The company now operates in more than 30 coun­tries in Africa and operates in Madagascar since 1993.

Nactalia uses an interesting mix of old and new technology: a painted wall with a digital display. The coun­ter clicks at the French birth-frequen­cy of 0.007Hz.

This French brand was born in 1994 when two companies (Gervais Lait and Eurial) regrouped their activities.

Ovomaltine (born in 1904) was developped by the Swiss Albert Wander. His father Georg started the company Wander SA in 1865. Read more about the history at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovomaltine.

The brand certainly took a risk with this poster. What if the reader linked the uselessness of Sisyphus' task to the product? Junior copywriters should read the old myths.
Sister Borel had a similar problem with the bad typecasting of a tree (normally considered the good one) impersonating the bad guy (illness).
The same design flaws still happen: would you expect any good from a internet service provider named Pandora ? (pandora.be registered in 1997)

Toned milk was introduced in 1946 in Bombay by the Government Milk Scheme. More milk became available at about half the price, making milk affordable for more people.

Toned milk is produced by adding skim-milk powder and water to whole buffalo milk. The fat content is reduced to about 3% while the other solids are kept at the original level.

Yama is made of the first letters of Yaourt Malagasy. It is one of the first brands the company Food & Beverage Madagascar, which was founded in 2009, brought to the market.

Yama Fruity Yaourt brassé

Yaourt brassé is a natural yogurt with a more creamy texture because it has been stirred. The Fruity kind contains also pieces of fruits; the other kind only flavours.
