Olie DE BEIL MARGARINE
In very poor condition; the character on the left is beyond recognition: it may be a fish or a well fed master cook.
The escutcheon on top bears the letters DBS for De Beil Staden. There is a windmill shown in the white patch.
It was in 1895 when John Sokol opened his grocery store in Chicago. He had four in 1902 and in the 1920's he introduced the Solo line of food products.
