It is not different from the Children's Signs: it's all foreign influences.

We recognise the fragmented man from Russia (1) and its satellites (2). Then comes the belted man from Germany (3) who has found work in many countries. He is followed by a member (4) of the Mediterranean Workforce who risks losing his head. The find from Tbilisi, finally, is a hybrid showing the bottom part of (1) with the head and shoulders of (3). At least something that seems locally made.
