I won't spend many words on this one. We've seen him
in mainland U.S.A., in Hawaii and even on Ascension Island and I don't change my mind.
Keen observers will notice that our man at hand is accompanied by another creature commonly found on road work sites: the traffic cone. Did you know that there is a Traffic Cone Preservation Society?
