The sign is the modern design from South-Africa. The drawing is based on the road sign from Great-Britain but while British children come with a body in one part, children here and in neighboring countries have their lower body parts separated from their torso.

In neighboring Tanzania we find the same road signs, but the children are a bit thinner and they also seem a bit older.
