The only sample we have from this State of Qatar is clearly based on the design from the United Kingdom. The drawing is mirrored in order to fit the driving at the right side of the road.

The drawing is also adapted to comply to the dress code of the country: visitors should be covered from shoulders to knees (see What to Wear: Dress Code in Qatar, latest check: 22.ii.2022). Visitors have no obligation to cover their hair.

It is remarkable that two women are shown. Other countries in the neighbourhood (e.g. Oman, United Arab Emirates, we're still hoping for samples from most countries of the region) keep the boy in the picture.
